Project Description
This Project was the construction and fit-out of a three story, residential, six bedroom, new build. This included a basement incorporating a reflecting pool, gym, bar, steam room, wine cellar and music room.
Every item was bespoke requiring good communication between our client, our team, and our suppliers to achieve nich and individual requirements. We particularly enjoyed creating bespoke display cabinates within the walls to house our clients extensive record collection.
Scope of Works
Specialist works including waterproof concrete, steel framework elements, hollow core concrete floor, block and beam floor, cavity wall blockwork including render externally.
Traditional timber trussed roof with natural slate. MF stud walls, hard plaster, dot and dab, timber framework and Barrisol.
Walk on patio roof lights, aluminium windows, external hardwood joinery, veneer and sprayed internal doors.
Specialist bespoke joinery throughout project, including Corian bar, pumpkin upholstered seating, LP display unit for records, built in dressing room wardrobes, dining room servery display unit.
Specialist floor finishes including Porcelain tiles, Engineered wood flooring, Resin flooring, and carpet.
Signature Corian spiral staircase from basement to first floor and Walnut staircase from ground to first floor.
