Project Description

The Goodluck Hope project is situated in Leamouth South on the Thames overlooking the 02 in Greenwich. The development consists of nine residential apartment blocks mixed with commercial & social facilities within the ground floor areas.

Swift Crafted carried out roof carpentry, roof covering & waterproofing to phase 1. The roof covering consisted of consisted of PPC capping’s, pitched roof Kalzip install, single ply covering install, flat roof waterproofing and all flat roof finishes.

Upon completion of phase 1, Swift Crafted was instructed to complete the roof carpentry, structural steel work & roof coverings to phase 2. This consisted of two blocks (F & G) as well as temporary waterproofing to allow early fit out commencement to all remaining blocks at Goodluck Hope.
