The Paddock Centre at Broadmoor Hospital was part of a redevelopment of one of the UK’s most secure mental health facilities. Designed to provide a safe, modern, and therapeutic environment, the centre combines robust construction standards with high-quality finishes suited to a complex and sensitive clinical setting.

Swift Crafted was appointed to deliver the doors, joinery, and roofing packages. Our scope included the manufacture and installation of specialist internal doorsets along with bespoke joinery elements tailored to the clinical environment. The works demanded absolute precision and close collaboration with the main contractor and design team to ensure durability, compliance, and aesthetic quality across all areas.

In addition, Swift Crafted delivered the roof package, coordinating structural interfaces and detailing.
