Project Description
Through meticulous pre-planning and efficient project management, Swift Crafted successfully delivered two concurrent projects: SJBC College (Education) and Surrey Lane Residences (Residential).
At SJBC College, we carried out the full Carpentry & Joinery fit-out package, which included the installation of doors and side screens, acoustic windows, window boards, skirting, and bespoke timber cladding. The cladding was designed with concealed fixings, resulting in a seamless and refined appearance that became one of the key features of the building.
Each elevation presented a unique challenge due to varying distances from the supporting wall, caused by services running behind the façade. To achieve the perfect alignment and secure finish, we collaborated closely with specialist suppliers to develop bespoke bracketry solutions for each elevation. The result was a precision installation that exceeded expectations; a standout example of craftsmanship and technical expertise that delighted the client.
