Project Description

Delivered alongside the St John Bosco College project, the Surrey Lane Residential scheme presented some logistical and technical challenges due to the concurrent programmes. Through careful pre-planning, coordination, and strong project management, Swift Crafted successfully delivered high-quality results across both developments.

At Surrey Lane, Swift Crafted was responsible for a comprehensive residential fit-out package, which included the installation of doors, vanity units, wardrobes, timber decking, and skirting to all apartments and communal areas. The works also featured the design and installation of timber cladding to the penthouse apartments.

The cladding design demanded meticulous setting out and coordination, accounting for every opening and service penetration to avoid uneven closing pieces and to maintain both visual alignment and structural integrity. During design development, the team was able to plan the layout in detail, visualise the final appearance, and confirm that the design intent could be achieved before installation commenced.

This proactive and design-led approach ensured a flawless final finish, demonstrating Swift Crafted’s capability to combine craftsmanship with digital design tools to deliver precision joinery and fit-out works across complex residential schemes.
